Job summary

JERA Nex bp is seeking a Package Procurement Lead to develop and execute procurement and contracting strategies for offshore wind projects. You will work with the Package Manager to ensure competitive, compliant and value-driven contracting outcomes.

You will lead market engagement, pre-bid activities, and the preparation of RFIs/RFQs, while drafting and negotiating contracts that align with project milestones and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement and contracting within Offshore Wind or large scale energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract principles and procurement best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead pre-bid activities and develop procurement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with the supply chain to assess market capabilities, risks and opportunities.
• Develop procurement plans, cost models and risk assessments aligned with project timelines.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for the package with governance alignment.
