Job summary

JERA Nex bp is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead the corporate sourcing and contracting function across corporate services from London. You will partner with business teams to define and implement sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end procurement cycles, and drive supplier innovation while ensuring value and compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills and familiarity with P2P systems (SAP).

Qualifications

10+ years experience in procurement, specifically sourcing and contracting activity.
Commercial acumen and strong contracting/negotiation skills.
Experience with P2P systems (e.g. SAP) and delivering procurement at an operational level.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate procurement delivering sourcing and contracting support for corporate services (Offices, IT & Digital, HR, Communications, Finance and Legal).
Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement sourcing and contracting strategies.
Support sourcing from inception through contract execution and post‑contract activities, including terms, remuneration and scope.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and inform on progress of procurement activities.
Engage suppliers to drive innovation and ensure risk/reward agreements deliver value.
Support supply chain development with local content and supplier opportunities.
Ensure achievement of functional and business performance targets.
Enable compliant yet efficient P2P processes.
