Radius is recruiting a Commercial M&E Contracts and Procurement Manager for a Datacentre organisation based in London. The role oversees procurement strategies, tender documentation, and contract governance to ensure value for money and compliance with business requirements.

Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, KPI governance, and NDA/insurance compliance, with engagement across project stakeholders and legal teams to secure robust contracts and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing procurement for professional teams and construction contracts.
• Ability to compile tender documentation and manage tender processes end-to-end.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and commercial risk management.
• Strong supplier onboarding, compliance tracking and KPI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies, tendering, and contract execution to meet programme and value for money.
• Prepare and review tender documents, evaluations, and contract terms with legal teams.
• Manage supplier pre-Qualification, onboarding, and ongoing compliance documentation.
• Develop frameworks with key suppliers and monitor performance via KPIs.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and provide auditable tender outcomes.
