Job Summary:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee procurement and supply chain operations, working with internal teams and suppliers to meet business goals related to cost, delivery, and quality.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Optimize inventories to support production and customer demand.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and design supply chain solutions.
• Manage stock-holding strategies like vendor-managed inventory and safety stock.
• Present and defend logistics solutions to clients.
• Lead and develop the procurement and supply chain team.
• Coordinate with other departments to align procurement activities.
• Manage supplier relationships for efficiency and strategic value.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee contract negotiations.
• Refine sourcing and supplier management processes.
• Use SAGE ERP systems for operations management.
• Occasional international travel for supplier engagement.
