Job Summary:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee procurement and supply chain operations, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to meet business goals related to cost, delivery, and quality.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire supply chain, including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Optimize inventories to support production and customer demand.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design supply solutions.
• Manage stock-holding strategies like vendor-managed inventory and safety stock.
• Present logistics solutions to clients for contractual support.
• Lead and develop the procurement and supply chain team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships for operational and strategic benefits.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives.
