Alexander Steele Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading food business based in London, currently going through an exciting phase of growth. They are looking to appoint a Senior Process Technologist to join their dynamic NPD team at their state of the art manufacturing facility.

We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to take on this pivotal role, helping to drive the company’s expansion by launching innovative, high-quality products that can be found in retail and food services outlets across the UK.

On offer:

• Salary is £30,000 - £35,000
• 30 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the trial phase of the critical path, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting of all findings.
• Design the most efficient production line setups for new product introductions.
• Serve as the essential link between the NPD and Operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure that all NPD briefs are delivered to the highest standard, aligning with customer and business expectations.
• Support the delivery of commercially successful products through process excellence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
