Job summary

Renishaw's Group Manufacturing Service Division invites a Process Improvement Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians at the Woodchester site. You will own assembly processes, drive proactive improvements, and influence design and cost improvements for Industrial Metrology products.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline, evidence of successful project leadership, and strong communication skills to interface with MSD customers and Directors.

Qualifications

• Degree level in a relevant technical discipline with 2:1 or above.
• Proven track record in leading technical projects and processes.
• Experience managing technical activities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Be technical and managerial leader for a team of 6–10 staff, guiding performance and development.
• Own processes within assigned product families, ensuring capability and efficiency.
• Lead detailed investigations of process problems across departments.
• Deliver process improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment with deadlines.
• Act as liaison for process improvement communication between product division and MSD.
