Job summary

You will coordinate product development projects through the lifecycle, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-precision engineering solutions.

The role requires a degree in engineering or science, strong project planning skills, and experience managing complex engineering programs with ERP/MRP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of project planning and project management techniques.
• Technical awareness and understanding of design functions and engineering change processes.
• Experience in project/risk management within a complex engineering environment.
• Awareness of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary projects from planning, execution and delivery to the market.
• Forecast project costs and resource needs.
• Oversee design change processes and coordinate with design and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and plans; ensure standards.
• Regularly report project status and risks to stakeholders via written and oral communication.
• Take an active hands-on role to understand engineering problems and support resolutions.
