Job Description:

The Senior Process Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring that the company’s proposals and designs are technically feasible. The role will include process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and associated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design: Lead the development and optimization of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and general gas purification. Assist in the design of PSA plants. Provide technical documents such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams. Conduct detailed kinetic and isotherm modelling for process simulations using ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA. Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks. Ensure compliance with ATEX standards. Analyze data for plant optimization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop technical proposals. Address customer-specific requirements.

• Maintain and build relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
