Job Description:

Senior Process Engineer

Job Overview: The Senior Process Engineer ensures the technical feasibility of proposals and designs, focusing on process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Design: Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification. Assist in PSA plant design. Provide technical documentation such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams. Conduct process simulations using ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA. Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks. Ensure compliance with ATEX standards. Analyze data for plant optimization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop technical proposals. Address customer requirements regarding capacity, purity, energy, and maintenance. Translate customer needs into feasible, compliant solutions.
2. Client Interaction: Maintain and develop relationships with clients. Understand their operational goals and provide suitable solutions.
3. Education, Experience & Skills: Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering. Deep understanding of PSA/process systems and gas separation technologies. Knowledge of carbon capture and net zero solutions. Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA. Experience with CFD in SolidWorks. Strong grasp of ATEX standards. Proven system development and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail in documentation and calculations.
