Job Description:

Overview

The Senior Process Engineer ensures the technical feasibility of proposals and designs, focusing on process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification.
  • Design PSA plants and prepare technical documents such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams.
  • Conduct process simulations using ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA.
  • Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks for system design support.
  • Ensure compliance with ATEX standards for safety in explosive environments.
  • Analyze data for plant optimization, focusing on efficiency and uptime.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for process improvements and project success.
  • Develop technical proposals and address customer-specific requirements.

Client Interaction:

  • Maintain relationships with clients and understand their operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of PSA/process systems, gas separation, and carbon capture technologies.
  • Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA, and CFD with SolidWorks.
