Job summary

Malone Group seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design of hygienic process plants and to manage projects from concept to handover. You will coordinate process, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

The role requires experience in process engineering and project management, with emphasis on equipment procurement, site installation, testing, and documentation for client handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Physics Engineering.
• Experience in Process Engineering and Project management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Design hygienic process plants and determine control philosophy.
• Develop mass and energy balances for new/modifed processes.
• Define user requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage project programmes and commercial aspects.
• Procure equipment and manage procurement processes.
• Install plants on customer sites with HSE compliance.
• Test, commission and document contracts; ensure quality.
