Job summary

Malone Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead design and delivery of hygienic process plants. You will manage projects from concept through site installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

The role requires a Chemical or Physics Engineering degree with strong process engineering and project management experience, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach to complex projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Physics Engineering.
• Experience in Process Engineering and Project management.

Responsibilities

• Design hygienic process plants meeting customer requirements and specs.
• Develop mass and energy balances from data provided.
• Define user requirements and functional specifications for plants.
• Set and monitor project programmes and progress.
• Manage commercial aspects including variation orders and contracts.
• Specify equipment and procure sub-contracted activities.
• Oversee installation, QC, safety and compliance on site.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
• Deliver training and ensure safe operations post-commissioning.
• Support tendering with accurate hour and cost estimates.
• Ensure ISO 9001 quality system compliance and audits.
• Maintain and update the company Catalogue System.
