Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Automation).
• 2 years manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience leading IQ/OQ/PQ for equipment and processes.
• Track record of Audit Actions, NCRs and CAPAs in a QMS.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize assigned manufacturing value streams for medical devices.
• Provide strategic technical leadership for process development and validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in governance and regulatory forums.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, supply continuity and cost.
