Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own and optimize manufacturing value streams for medical devices, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. You will provide strategic technical leadership and manage complex development and validation projects.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive multi‑functional continuous improvement, governance participation and regulatory alignment within DePuy Synthes processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience leading validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Proven track record in managing audit actions, NCRs and CAPAs within a QMS.

Responsibilities

• Owns and optimizes assigned manufacturing value streams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective production of medical devices.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and direct complex process development and validation programs.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives.
