Job summary

SRG in Somerset is seeking a Senior Bioprocess Engineer to design and optimise bioprocesses and bioreactor systems, translating research into scalable solutions within a fast-growing biotech environment.

You will collaborate across biology, engineering and materials teams, plan and run experiments, and contribute to automation, data capture and process control while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years’ experience in bioprocessing, bioreactors or related fields
• Strong experimental and problem-solving skills
• Experience scaling processes from lab to pilot/production
• Practical, organised and collaborative approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
