The Circuit Card Assembly Business unit produces high complexity products in a high mix, low volume manufacturing system. Could you be the Process Engineer to fit in this environment?
Salary: Circa £43,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Minimum of 4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance:
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS). Full UK SC clearance and no dual nationality are required.

This role is for a process engineer in the Circuit Card Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing business unit, focusing on high-complexity products. The business is rapidly growing to meet a large backlog, with production output expected to more than triple in 5-10 years.
You will work closely with test, manufacturing, and quality engineers, building strong relationships with stakeholders including operations, design support, and calibration teams.
