The Circuit Card Assembly Business unit produces high complexity products in a high mix, low volume manufacturing system. Could you be the Process Engineer to fit in this environment?
Salary: Circa £43,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Minimum of 4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance:
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. They will need full UK SC; no dual nationals can do this job.

The opportunity:
This opportunity is for a Process Engineer to work as part of the Circuit Card Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing business unit with a focus on the manufacture of our products. The business unit is rapidly growing in order to achieve the large backlog of orders over the next 5-10 years, with the production output more than tripling.
You will work in the process engineering team closely with test, manufacturing and quality engineers whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders including the operations team, design support team and Calibration & Maintenance team.
