Devon and Cornwall Police is seeking a Specialist Problem Solver on a hybrid basis, with 37 hours per week and a salary from £38,169 to £42,612 per year plus excellent benefits including Government Pension. You will work with partners to deliver proactive problem solving that reduces crime, manages risk, protects the vulnerable and supports community wellbeing.

The role involves coordinating problem solving using the National Intelligence Model, building partnerships with Community Safety Leads,

Responsabilidades

• Deliver proactive problem solving with partners to reduce crime and risk.
• Work with partners to manage demand on the police service and protect the vulnerable.
• Coordinate problem solving via the National Intelligence Model and strategic forums.
• Embed problem solving across force resources and ensure quality assurance.
• Develop relationships with Community Safety Partnership leads.
