Qualifications

• Qualified professional with 5+ years in probate and estate administration.
• Experience reviewing/approving legal docs and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong drafting and risk analysis capabilities.
• Advanced probate law, IHT, HMRC and HMCTS procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End complex probate and estate administration management.
• Review and approve IHT forms, Grants of Probate, and estate accounts.
• Provide technical legal guidance on probate law and HMRC/HMCTS requirements.
• Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships for high-net-worth matters.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to raise standards of drafting and compliance.
• Support process improvements and integration of legal tech/AI tooling.
