Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Financial Planner to grow the lower and high-net-worth client base in Scotland, employing your own business development skills and Quilter support to win new clients and deepen relationships.

You will work within the Advice department, using strong regulatory knowledge and relationship skills to drive assets under advice and profitability while staying compliant with FCA rules.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Experience giving regulated advice to high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing client base.
• Win new clients through professional connections and Quilter referrals.
• Build a high-quality pipeline and convert enquiries into relationships.
• Own growth plan with targets and coaching support.
• Ensure FCA compliance and uphold Quilter standards.
