Leapfrog Recruitment Consultants is seeking a strategic leader to supervise Private Equity fund administration operations, driving governance, risk management and growth across a sophisticated client offering with both local and international stakeholders.

You will lead a high‑performing team, manage outsourced service providers, monitor service levels and regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Equity fund administration or investor services.
• Proven people management experience in a multi‑jurisdictional setting.
• Strong regulatory knowledge within the funds industry and compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced service delivery and SLAs.
• Collaborative leadership style with a client‑focussed approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Private Equity fund administration and transfer agency services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage outsourced service providers and monitor service level performance.
• Develop and maintain strong governance and risk management frameworks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, boards and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an integrated client service.
• Drive operational improvements, technology initiatives and process efficiencies.
• Monitor performance metrics, operational risk and business resilience.
• Support strategic projects and contribute to ongoing business development.
