You will manage client portfolios, lead engagements, and shape future private client specialisms with a focus on international and domestic matters.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong client relationships, and a proactive approach to business development within a partner-led firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified tax professional (CTA/ATT/ACA/ACCA/STEP) with relevant UK private client experience.
• Experience leading private client engagements and teams.
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Strong advisory and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Engagement Partner to deliver tax advice and client service.
• Lead client engagements with related teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within time frames.
• Provide advisory on wealth structuring, trusts, estate planning, and succession.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Manage client budgeting and invoicing.
• Pursue opportunities to grow private client practice via referrals and pitches.
