Job summary

TPF Recruitment Ltd in Epsom, United Kingdom, is seeking a CTA-qualified Personal Tax Senior Manager to lead private client services for a prestigious high-net-worth client base.

You will review returns, advise on estate and wealth structuring, and spot opportunities to optimise tax strategies. The role requires strong communication, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex workloads with Partners.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience working with complex UK and non-domiciled high-net-worth clients.
• Strong technical knowledge across personal tax planning and advisory work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review personal tax returns prepared by consultants and provide technical guidance.
• Advise on estate planning, inheritance tax planning, wealth structuring and domicile matters.
• Identify opportunities to restructure clients’ tax affairs and discuss with Partner and client.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients alongside the Partner.
• Handle HMRC tax investigations when required.
