ProTalent Limited is recruiting a Senior Manager in Private Client Tax Advisory for its Surrey office. The role reports to the Tax Partner and directs advisory and compliance services for private clients, including potential Non-Dom, international, family office, and trusts work.

You will lead a team, develop client relationships, and contribute to growing the firm’s Private Client offering, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• CTA qualified with strong private client tax expertise.
• Proven people management and team development experience.
• Experience in private client tax planning incl. cross-border and trusts.
• Ability to develop client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Strong communication and client care skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist Tax Partners with complex enquiries and identify planning opportunities.
• Involvement in Revenue enquiry matters.
• Review client base and identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and related 3rd parties.
• Mentor and train junior managers and trainees.
• Prepare budgets, report variances to Partners and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients to resolve queries and build relationships.
