ProTalent Limited in Surrey is seeking a Senior Tax Manager (Personal Tax) to lead a varied portfolio with a mix of compliance and advisory work. The role offers hybrid working, flexibility around home/office arrangements, and a clear path for progression within a well-regarded tax team.

You will manage client relationships, review work for quality and provide income tax planning and related guidance, contributing to the development of the tax offering.

Formación

• CTA qualification is required.
• Strong personal tax experience gained in practice.
• Experience reviewing work and maintaining high technical standards.
• Ability to manage client relationships clearly and professionally.
• Good organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
• Proactive approach to improving processes and supporting colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal tax portfolio from start to finish with client communication and oversight.
• Review tax returns and related work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support clients with income tax planning, capital gains tax and disclosures.
• Assist with onboarding and maintain smooth client communications.
• Help maintain efficient internal systems and processes within the tax function.
• Coordinate allocation of tax-related work within the team when required.
