Job summary

Titan Wealth Group seeks a Senior Client Support Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers, ensuring compliant and efficient client servicing. You will be the main contact within the advice process and help maintain Titan Wealth’s service standards.

Working with advisers, paraplanners and operations, you will manage complex cases, support new business submissions, client reviews and ongoing servicing while upholding FCA rules and industry

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an Adviser in a regulated environment.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical, organised and detail oriented with good data accuracy.
• Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office.
• Customer focused with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist Advisers in preparing for client reviews and keep information up to date.
• Process new business submissions and liaise with providers.
• Maintain and validate client valuations and reports in IO.
• Produce client correspondence and letters as required.
• Support ongoing client servicing and regulatory compliance across the process.
