Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is expanding its team with a Senior Client Support Administrator to support Financial Advisers, manage complex client cases, and oversee new business submissions. The role emphasizes FCA regulations, data accuracy, and excellent client service within a compliant framework.

You will work closely with advisers and operations to ensure timely client servicing, continuous improvement, and a high-quality client experience from enquiry to implementation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an Adviser in a financial services setting.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and consumer duty requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate and organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisers and paraplanners with client reviews and new business submissions.
• Maintain client files and ensure data accuracy in IO systems.
• Produce client valuation reports and pack documentation for advisers.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries from clients and providers via phone and email.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
