Responsibilities

• Wills and Probate matters and advising clients.
• Estate Administration and administration of trusts.
• Management of Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney work.
• Involvement in Inheritance Tax planning.
• Handling Court of Protection matters and related issues.
• Provide client-focused legal guidance and progress matters efficiently.
