Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE to join a busy Private Client team in Milton Keynes. You will handle wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, IHT planning and Court of Protection matters, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

The role offers a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 DOE, a supportive team, continuing training, and good long-term career prospects in a reputable private practice.

Qualifications

• Experience handling private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle wills, probate and estate administration
• Manage Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Work on trusts and inheritance tax and estate planning
• Deal with Court of Protection matters
