Henderson Scott seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Beeston/West Bridgford offices. You will handle wills, LPAs, probate matters, and Court of Protection cases while delivering high-quality client care across Nottinghamshire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client
• Experience with Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines

• Prepare wills, LPAs, probate and Court of Protection applications
• Meet clients and manage relationships across Nottinghamshire
