Job summary

eNL is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Lifetime Planning team in Swansea. The role targets a Senior Solicitor or Director/Partner ready to take the next step, handling high-value private client matters, leading relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

You will advise on wills, trusts, LPA, IHT planning, estate administration, and complex estates while working with a progressive firm known for its South Wales market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in trusts, estate planning and estate administration.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and busy caseload.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Senior Private Client Solicitor / Partner Opportunity | 5+ PQE | Swansea | £Competitive DOE

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is seeking an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Lifetime Planning team.

This opportunity would suit either a Senior Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career or an established Director/Partner seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on complex private client matters, leading client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on:

• Wills and succession planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Estate administration and probate matters
• Complex and high-value estates
• Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR) issues
• Asset protection and wealth preservation strategies

You will also work closely with colleagues across other practice areas on multidisciplinary matters while helping to mentor and develop junior lawyers and advisers within the team.

About You
