Qualifications

• 6+ PQE in private client law
• Experience with wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estate administration
• Senior solicitor level in private client

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value private client caseload.
• Handle wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trust work, and estate administration.
• Oversee estate administration and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
