Henderson Scott is helping a Reading-based private client team recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor. The role covers wills, probate, trusts and estate planning for individuals, families and business owners. You will deliver tailored, commercially aware advice and build trusted adviser relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on wills, probate and estate administration.
• Estate and inheritance tax planning.
• Trust creation, administration and succession planning.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and wealth preservation matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
