Qualifications

A prestigious, award-winning, Tier 1 law firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Salaried Partner (circa 6+ PQE) to join its high-performing Private Client / Private Wealth team, based at their Manchester Head Office. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished practitioner to step into a senior role within one of the largest Private Client / Private Wealth teams outside of London.

The Firm & Team

• The Private Wealth department is a thriving team of over 40 specialists, recognised for its exceptional work advising HNW and UHNW clients, entrepreneurs, landowners, and trustees.
• The team’s expertise spans onshore estate and tax planning, wills, probate, estate administration, trust structures, family investment companies, and succession planning. They also offer international estate advice and handle contentious trust and probate matters.

Requirements

• The firm is recruiting at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level (circa 6+ PQE). You must be able to manage a broad and complex caseload.
• Strong background advising HNW/UHNW clients on estate, tax, and trust matters
• Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• Interest or experience in areas such as charity law, IHT/CGT, or offshore structures is advantageous
