Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking a Senior Associate Private Client to lead a satellite Birmingham office, shaping a local practice with full backing from a larger firm. You will manage estates and trusts work and head a small team, while developing the business and running day-to-day operations.

You’ll have hybrid working and clear progression pathways, including potential partnership, supported by a steady flow of high-quality instructions from the city-based office.

Qualifications

• Private Client solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Broad private client caseload including estates and trusts.
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP is desirable.
• Capable of leading a small satellite office autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the private client offering from the Birmingham office.
• Managing a mixed caseload centred on estates and trusts.
• Overseeing and supporting a growing local team.
• Contributing to the commercial and operational management of the office.
• Collaborating with the Birmingham and city-base colleagues to share best practice.
