Job summary

HCR Law is seeking a Private Client Partner to head its Birmingham Private Client team. You will lead and shape the regional practice, working with the national Private Client network to deliver strategic growth and high-quality client service.

We are looking for an experienced solicitor with STEP qualification, a strong track record in managing private client matters for high-net-worth clients, and the ability to develop talent and expand the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with significant Private Client experience.
• Proven leadership and management within a legal firm or department.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients with complex interests.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction and support to the Birmingham Private Client team.
• Drive continued growth of the practice and expand client base.
• Mentor team members and foster a high performing culture.
• Collaborate with national Private Client team on broader strategy.
• Advise clients across wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and LPA’s.
• Build relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals and families.
• Raise profile through business development and thought leadership in the region.
