Qualifications

• UK Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE in Private Client.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills; commercially minded.
• Willing to work towards STEP qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage wills and estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Provide lasting powers of attorney and Inheritance Tax planning.
• Develop client relationships with intermediaries and referrers.
• Support the firm’s growth across the Black Country region.
