Job summary

Insight Select in Slough is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join a Private Client team specialising in Contentious Trusts & Probate matters. You will lead high-quality disputes and manage a busy caseload.

You will supervise junior lawyers, mentor staff, and contribute to the growth of the department, while delivering excellent client care and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role within a growing, supportive practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Contentious Trusts & Probate.
• Experience managing complex disputes independently.
• Excellent client care and relationship management.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• A commercial and proactive approach to practice development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of contentious private client matters, including will validity disputes, capacity and undue influence, estates and trust disputes.
• Supervise junior lawyers and support staff, mentoring team members.
• Contribute to strategic growth and development of the department.
• Maintain high-quality client service and build strong client relationships.
