Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of EU/EEA privacy laws, GDPR and data protection.
• Ability to advise cross-border teams and translate complex issues into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on GDPR, data protection and marketing rules across Nielsen products and operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy exhibits for commercial contracts.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and data transfer assessments with global stakeholders.
• Support product launches and operational changes with privacy-compliant guidance.
• Engage with authorities as needed and monitor regulatory developments in privacy law.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Information Security, Procurement, Sales and Legal teams.
