You will design multi-layer PCB layouts using Zuken CR-8000/CR-5000, ensure manufacturability, SI/PI considerations, and collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and test teams throughout development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PCB layout and design using Zuken CR-8000/CR-5000.
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Experience designing high-speed, multi-layer digital and mixed-signal PCBs.
• Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, and DFM principles.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering documentation.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts using Zuken CR-8000 / CR-5000.
• Produce PCB layouts from schematics while ensuring compliance with design standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Work closely with Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Test Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Perform PCB placement, routing, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI considerations.
• Create and maintain PCB libraries, footprints, and design documentation.
• Support prototype builds, design reviews, and production releases.
• Liaise with PCB manufacturers to resolve fabrication and assembly queries.
• Ensure designs meet quality, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
