About the Company

We are looking for a Senior Principal Structural Engineering Manager to head up the division, based in the North West of England.

About the Role

Responsible for engineering scope projects, studies, and bids, ensuring compliance, resource management, and customer engagement. Strong written communication and presentation skills, project delivery experience, with a BEng (Hons) in engineering (preferably Civil or Structural) and chartered status (CEng, ICE, or IStructE).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the division.
  • Conduct studies and prepare bids.
  • Ensure project and operational compliance.
  • Manage resources effectively.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng, MIStructE) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Civil/Structural engineering.

Required Skills
