Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Senior/Principal Town Planner to advance a diverse range of planning projects within a supportive consultancy. You will manage applications from instruction to determination and provide planning advice to clients on policy and development potential.

The role offers career progression, a collaborative environment, and exposure to residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. A competitive salary £38,000-£50,000 depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or master’s degree in Town Planning or related field.
• MRTPI chartership or working towards it, depending on experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver planning applications from initial instruction to determination.
• Prepare planning statements, reports and supporting documentation.
• Advise clients on planning policy, development potential and strategy.
• Liaise with local planning authorities, consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and support business development.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide planning advice across a range of development projects.
• For Principal-level candidates, lead project delivery, mentor colleagues and grow the team.
