A little more about your role…

• Promote and maintain safe working practices in the office and on site
• Ability to self-manage tasks, projects, time, and project delivery
• Manage daily operations of assigned projects and discipline teams
• Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
• Ensure discipline project delivery of technical outputs, maintaining budget and schedule
• Assist with in-house training for the team
• Plan team resources and resourcing for future projects
• Maintain good engineering practices, delivery standards, and performance

What we are looking for you to demonstrate…

• Ability to lead discipline teams on projects, manage budgets and schedules, report progress, and resolve project issues
• Experience with online Resource Forecast Tools and knowledge of CRE and/or PE roles, with in-depth understanding of Telecoms SISS and OpsComs
• Proven track record of delivering Engineering Stages 3-5 and 6-7 is advantageous
• Knowledge of Network Rail CR-T, managing Telecoms team deliverables, and Telecoms project experience
• Experience in leading design and/or PE roles
• Professional membership
• Strong knowledge of Rail SISS and OpsComs
• Experience with multi-discipline design and Telecoms interfaces
• Experience with budget, scope, and schedule management
• Mentoring and developing discipline engineers
• Proficiency in OneNote, Word, and Excel
• Experience in technical documentation and design package creation
• Ability to provide technical guidance and reference engineering standards
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies
