Job summary

Gemba Advantage seeks Senior/Principal Software Engineers to design and deliver secure, scalable software in small agile teams in London. You’ll stay hands-on while shaping architecture, set engineering standards, and work directly with customers to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Confidence influencing technical decisions and improving teams.
