Job summary

Gemba Advantage in London is seeking Senior and Principal Software Engineers to design and build secure, cloud-native services within small agile teams. You will stay hands-on while shaping architecture, set engineering standards, and mentor others as you work with customers to solve complex problems.

Applicants should hold active SC or DV clearance and be willing to work on-site up to four days per week, in a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production systems in complex environments.
• Depth in at least one modern language (Java, TypeScript, Python, Go).
