Job summary

Gemba Advantage is hiring Senior and Principal Engineers to shape secure, scalable software for critical public sector systems across the UK. The role requires active or recent SC/DV clearance, production experience in complex environments, and deep skills in Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Stay hands-on while shaping architecture and technical direction.

• Work directly with customers to solve complex problems.
• Champion modern engineering practices including cloud, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Work on-site up to 4 days per week.

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We expect cloud and container experience with a security-first mindset.
