Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to lead Scottish Water projects from strategy through delivery. You will provide senior technical leadership across water and wastewater treatment, asset upgrades and resilience programmes, and mentor junior engineers while shaping Scotland’s water infrastructure.

You will influence investment decisions, ensure robust design governance and lead engineering solutions in collaboration with Scottish Water and delivery partners.

Qualificações

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (CEng/IEng).
• Extensive experience in process engineering within water or wastewater sectors.
• Technical expertise across water/wastewater treatment, process design, optimisation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic process engineering leadership across Scottish Water projects.
• Lead and assure process design, calculations, technical specifications.
• Provide governance and independent review to ensure quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with Scottish Water and influence investment decisions.
• Support projects across full lifecycle from strategy to delivery.
