Medtronic Core Labs in London seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager for Touch Surgery Aide to shape the digital and edge-compute platform powering the Touch Surgery ecosystem. You will identify critical customer and business problems, define platform capabilities, and steer investments across multiple products.

The role requires a minimum of two days per week in the London office, with occasional travel to the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding discovery and strategy through launch and lifecycle.
• Successful track record with digital platforms or complex products.
• Ability to decide what belongs in a shared platform vs. an application.
• Strong customer-discovery and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in software, hardware, video, cloud, APIs and data flows.
• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders without authority.

Responsabilités

• Set a multi-year product vision for Aide as the intraoperative foundation.
• Define platform strategy across edge compute, video, data movement, and connectivity.
• Understand surgeons, OR teams, hospital IT, and Medtronic priorities.
• Lead discovery with engineering, design, clinical and field partners; test early.
• Prioritize reusable platform capabilities to reduce duplicated work.
• Collaborate withTouch Surgery teams on end-to-end workflows and lifecycle.
