Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Principal Planner to join a London-based oil and gas EPCIC project team. The role focuses on planning/scheduling expertise across complex subsea and offshore programs, including development of level 3/4 schedules and proactive recovery actions.

Candidates should have 15+ years in EPCIC with subsea/ offshore projects and strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse, MS Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction or project management.
• 15+ years EPCIC experience with subsea/offshore oil and gas projects.
• Experience with subsea fabrication and PLEM/PLET modules preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & MS Project.
• Support baseline creation during project initiation and setup phases.
• Develop and maintain level 3/4 activity schedules for subsea installation programs.
• Lead schedule risk analysis and facilitate risk review meetings.
• Create and monitor schedule compliance, variances, and recovery plans.
